Full-Service Design

Let us take care of everything with expert design and execution.

The design & construction process encompasses a lot. With Gracious Living Full-Service Design, we become a trusted presence throughout the whole process, and handle it all for you, including: 

  • Client meetings

  • Formal measurements

  • Full design and space plan with 3D renderings

  • In-studio design presentation

  • Specification of all materials and furnishings: tile, stone, flooring, paint, hardware, wall treatments, window coverings, windows, doors, furniture, lighting fixtures, accessories, and anything else the project requires

  • Plumbing & electrical consultation 

  • Working closely with contractor on site visits

  • Provision of build book

  • Installation and complimentary styling session

No two Full-Service Design projects are alike. We’ll identify a flat-rate design fee based on the size and scope of the project. Full-Service Design clients begin with our 90-minute consultation service. Furniture, fixtures, and accessories sold separately. 

In-Home Consultation

90 minutes in-home session with our Lead designer, Janet Lieber. 

In this working consultation time, we’ll cover any area you’re looking to improve your home. We can make suggestions, select paint colors on site, as well as give you ideas and best practices for your room spacing and layout. This session gives our clients the confidence to make some changes on their own, but it can also serve as the first step for our more robust design services listed below.

Kitchen Design

Establish a perfect design plan before your kitchen renovation.

The essential step in getting your renovation off to a solid start. Working arm-in-arm with our lead designer will save you headaches and give you confidence as you invest in your home.

  1. This service starts with a brainstorm session with our Lead Designer. We get all the info: how you cook, live, and host, and what kind of design supports your ideal lifestyle.

  2. We do a formal site visit to get accurate measurements of the space. 

  3. We put together a sensational design complete with 3D renderings of your plan. We’ll also source 2 options of everything you’ll need (including plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, tile, stone, flooring, paint, and hardware)

  4. We conduct a Design Presentation in our studio where you review the plan and see all the materials pulled together.

  5. We meet with you and your builder to counsel on all the important details you want to see in your cabinetry and millwork.

  6. We provide 3 additional site visits to make sure things are being executed in the way they were designed.

  7. Once construction is complete, we provide a complimentary style session to put the finish touch on the kitchen remodel. 

Primary Bath and Bedroom Design

Concierge Styling

A microdose of design power, perfect for a quick refresh.

This no-renovation, no-furniture service is built for those moments when company’s coming and you need a spruce up!

  1. You’ll send us pictures of your space along with any relevant measurements, preferences, what has to stay, etc. 

  2. We select pieces for you: accessories, lamps, pillows, rugs, plants, and artwork. 

  3. We bring it all to your home and style it in your space for you. You pay for the items you want to keep, and we remove what you don’t fall in love with.

You get to shop in your own home and benefit from the expert design touch! There is never an obligation to purchase any amount of pieces, which are billed to you on top of this service fee.
